Walsall Children's Services

Walsall Children’s Services Workforce Development Team aims to provide a continuum of professional development opportunities, which will help staff to build on the skills they already have and to recognise areas for further development and experience. Through improved provision we will endeavour to raise expectations and increase opportunities for work based research and evaluation in order that we can learn from each other and share good practice. All our programmes are based on good value continuing professional development and will provide high quality professional development for all partners. Our aim is to encourage and develop a learning culture within and between schools and Education Walsall.
